Cancellation Policy

Service Agreement: Scheduling: All workshops are scheduled by appointment and can be booked at MorpheusModernShamanism.com. My business telephone number is (408)430-9886 and my email is MorpheusModernShamanism@gmail.com. All workshop locations and times must be scheduled at a public space or online at least 24 hours before each appointment.. Cancellations/Rescheduling: Client must cancel scheduled appointments at least 24 hours in advance in order to receive a full refund of payment. All cancellations and rescheduling of appointments must be notified through my email, call, or text. Indemnification/Liability: Client is responsible for all changes, effects, and results from services. Client is solely liable for any injury, illness, or malady before, during, and subsequent to services. Clients will maintain full responsibility for the health of themselves. Results: All results are guaranteed or payment will be fully refunded. Results are guaranteed dependent upon the client’s successful ability to follow the instructions and advice given in services. Confidentiality: The application of services may require the disclosure of personal information solely regarding the well-being of the client. No such information will be released and shall remain confidential within and outside of the holistic services at all times. Payment: All services must be paid in full before the redemption of such services. All check payments must be fully deposited before the redemption of services. By booking an appointment you are certifying that you understand and are approving this service agreement.
